Cape Flats Stories is an organization that is committed to changing lives on the Cape Flats. Our vision is to impact people’s lives positive wherever we might go on the Cape Flats.

TO BE THE VOICE FOR VOICELESS.

I, #JouUncle, started the page Cape Flats Stories in 2018 July. The page really started growing as I started telling people more about the Cape Flats. I also realized there is a lot of negative stories about the Cape Flats, so I became involved with local organizations on the Cape Flats to show that working together is the start of positive change. We assist with soup kitchens, programs and many more where we can offer assistance. I Have a team of friends who volunteer and assist me where they can. We hosted a freestyle soccer competition last year October and it  was also a great success. I have to mention, it was the first of its kind. We plan to have many more different competitions once the lockdown eases.  We want the people on the Cape Flats to show off their talent by hosting various forms of online shows, and as soon as lock down is over,  we can have live social events again.
